Orders placed on our website are shipped in 3-7 busiiness days after purchase. You will receive confirmation via e-mail including a tracking number. International delivery is charged at a flat rate of C$40 per order and are shipped via DHL Express. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over C$300.

SURYĀ is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. 

SURYĀ does not offer refunds on items unless the item is faulty. SURYĀ accepts exchanges for items in new/unworn condition within 7 days of receipt. Please email us info@suryamoi.com with your order information and reason of exchange. We will provide you with our return address. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange, please use tracked delivery.

As our items are all handmade using only natural materials, there may be imperfections. We embrace these subtle imperfections as part of the items inherent beauty and history. Every piece is one of a kind.
